Terms & Conditions - Pre orders with down payments

Qogita provides the Buyer the option of making pre-ordering of products, which shall be subject to these terms and conditions, except as modified below.

Pre-orders consist in the purchase of determined products that are not yet available in the stock of the Seller and that become available on an ‘on-demand’ basis. The final quantity of products to be delivered are confirmed by the Seller after the placement of the pre-order. The Buyer accepts that by placing a pre-order, the usual delivery dates will be extended without further responsibility for Qogita.
The quantities and availability of the products published in Qogita’s website are estimates, indicated by the Seller, for which Qogita does not accept any liability of the fulfillment ability.
Pre-orders are only processed by Qogita after the Buyer pays via direct transfer the 30% of the total value of the pre-order. If this payment is not satisfactorily received by Qogita within 48 hours, the pre-order will be considered expired. Once the placement of the pre-order is confirmed by Qogita, there is no possibility for the Buyer to request the cancellation or modify the pre-order in any way.
If the Seller is not able to fulfill the pre-order, the pre-order will be cancelled and the Buyer will be refunded up to the amount of the first payment made.
When the products become available and depending on the availability of fulfillment of the Seller, Qogita will confirm and notify the Buyer the rest of the amount due to complete the pre-order, that shall be paid within the next 48 hours.
If the Buyer does not pay within 48 hours after the first notification, Qogita will reiterate the notification. If the Buyer does not pay within 48 hours after the second notification, the pre-order shall be considered cancelled without possibility of refund.
Once the payment in full is satisfactorily received, Qogita will confirm the completion of the payment and notify the Buyer the status of the pre-order, for which the rest of these terms and conditions apply.
